A cozy corner with a beige upholstered bed, a soft beige throw blanket, an open book on the bed, a white coffee table stacked with books, two black candles with flames, and sheer white curtains letting in natural light.

Whenever You’re Ready

If you’ve found your way here, you may already have a sense of what brought you to therapy—or maybe you’re still trying to put it into words. Either way, you can start wherever you are. Share a little about what’s bringing you in, and I’ll personally read through your message and be in touch about what comes next.

Where We Begin

What Working Together Looks Like

  • Minimalist interior with three wooden pedestals, one holding a glass vase with green foliage, and a stack of books with a small sculpture on top, set against a textured beige wall.

    01 / Reach Out

Tell me a little about what brings you here and what you’re hoping for. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—just start where you are.

  • A wooden side table with a marble top holding a white vase with dried flowers, two white cups, and a few books in a minimalist room with neutral colors.

    02 / Hear From Lola

I’ll personally follow up by email or through a brief 5–10 minute call. This is a chance to ask any initial questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right next step for you.

  • Top-down view of an open notebook with blank textured pages, a black pen resting on the right side, a cup of black coffee on a white saucer, a white textured cloth underneath the notebook, a pen on the top left corner, and part of a laptop keyboard on the left side on a dark wooden surface.

    03 / Complete Your Intake & Forms

If you decide you’d like to move forward, I’ll invite you to your secure client portal, where you’ll find the intake and necessary practice and consent forms. These help me gather the information I need to prepare for our work together and get the practical details in place before we begin, including insurance or private-pay information. Once everything is submitted, I’ll review your information, and we’ll schedule your first session. If you have questions along the way, we can talk through them together.

  • Minimalist interior with a black table holding books, a lit candle in a black holder, and a bowl, against a plain white wall.

    04 / Begin Together

Your first session is a moment to slow down and talk more about what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your history and the experiences that have shaped where you are today, what’s happening in your life now, and what you’d like to work toward. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to tell your story perfectly. You’ll have space to add to your story over time—we don’t have to cover everything in one session. We’ll take our time and begin shaping our work together around what feels most important to you and your goals.
